• Can I get started for free?

  Yes! You can create a free account without using a credit card to record, edit, upload, and share interactive videos. You can use the app for 14 days.

• What happens after 14 days free plan?

  You can keep using it if you upgrade to the pro plan. You can also experiment with a variety of features. You can, however, choose a custom plan and pay for the templates you require.

• Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

  Yes. We have a no-questions-asked policy and will immediately cancel your subscription. You will have access to the Pro features within a month of making your last payment.

• Is the pricing monthly or annual?

  Currently, our plan is only available on a monthly basis. If you wish to pay annually, please contact us and we will provide you with the best discount possible.

• What payment method do you prefer?

  We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

• What platforms does the tool support?

  Tolstoy can be used on any platform. We have DIY installation guides. We offer one-on-one onboarding assistance too.

• What happens if I go over my limit?

  If you exceed your limit, we will continue to process video/audio for you, but you will be required to upgrade. Your processing counter will be reset each month based on the date you signed up or subscribed (unused minutes carry over to the next month).
